Please call the office to schedule your appointment. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. If you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice so we can offer that appointment to another patient.
Insurance and Billing
We file dental insurances as a courtesy to our patients. We are enrolled with all major dental insurance companies: United Concordia, Metlife, Delta Dental, Cigna, Assurant, and Tricare for Active Duty service members. If you have any questions regarding your dental insurance, please give us a call and speak with our insurance specialist.
Payment is expected at when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards and Care Credit.
Payment PlanWe have payment plans through Care Credit. Care Credit must be approved before appointment is scheduled. They offer 12 month interest free payment plans for charges over $200.00. You can apply for Care Credit online by clicking here.
